Raw Material & IQC
Quality starts from the source. We stock over 200 tons of high-grade filter paper from Hollingsworth & Vose (USA) and Ahlstrom (Korea). Every batch of steel and adhesive undergoes rigorous Incoming Quality Control (IQC) before entering our warehouse.

Automated Pleating & Curing
Our workshop features 10 fully automated pleating production lines. The digital control system ensures precise pleat spacing and height, maximizing the filtration area. After pleating, the paper is cured in a constant temperature oven to ensure structural stability.

Precision Assembly
The assembly process combines the filter element with the canister using spiral seaming technology for spin-on filters. This ensures a 100% leak-proof seal, critical for high-pressure fuel systems in modern trucks.
Warehousing & Logistics
We maintain a stock of common SKUs for fast turnover. Your order is palletized, shrink-wrapped, and loaded into containers directly at our facility, minimizing handling risks.
